Initiate Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
